We have a thirty-year finance plan that will enable us to maintain and upgrade our homes into the future, scheduling to replace key components such as kitchens, bathrooms, wiring, boilers, windows and other features on a periodic basis. Our rent arrears are usually low. The rent we lose from empty homes or through bad debts is very low. We carry out repairs to a high standard and across a wider range of items than would usually be the case in a housing association. Repairs are usually done within the target times we set.
